Transfer window: Tottenham chairman Levy seeks cash sale for Dele Alli

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy’s priority is to sell Dele Alli in January.

According to The Telegraph, Spurs boss, Antonio Conte has consented to Alli’s departure in January.

Levy wants a fee for the midfielder, whose last England cap came in 2019.

However, a loan with an option or obligation to buy could be accepted if a buyer cannot be found.

Conte promised he would give Alli a chance to prove he should have a more regular spot in the Tottenham side following his appointment last month.

However, the former MK Dons ace has seemingly failed to impress the Italian enough.
