We are solid nobody is selfish in our team, says Man City’s Jesus

Manchester City star, Gabriel Jesus, did not want teammate Bernardo Silva’s contribution to go unnoticed as they defeated Paris Saint-Germain 2-1 at home.

The Citizens are through to the round of 16 of the Champions League as group winners, besting PSG despite going behind early in the second half.

Jesus got the winning goal for City, but wanted to focus on Silva’s outstanding assist to give him an easy tap in to eventually win the game for his side.

“Thanks to Bernardo! I know his quality, that’s why I waited and finished good,” Jesus told the club’s website.
