Ekong and PAOK battle for Conference League supremacy

William Ekong and his Greek club PAOK will tonight battle Eintracht Frankfurt for the leadership of Group G of the UEFA Europa Conference League.

PAOK lead the standings with 10 points from four matches, a point ahead of the Bundesliga club.

They also won the reverse tie at home 2-1 in a game that also saw three dismissals.

The stakes are very high as the overall group winners will avoid a playoff against teams who drop off from the Europa League.

Ekong has been ever-present in the four group games for PAOK and even provided an assist.
